Joint Personnel Administration Centre (JPAC) - JPAC are the first point of contact for any query from serving personnel. For enquiries relating to pensions and pay, medals, IT issues, personnel matters and Ghurka Offer to transfer pensions please contact JPAC.
Joint Service Housing Advice Office (JSHAO) - Civilian Housing Advice for Service Persons and ex-serving personnel still residing in SFA.

MODern Housing Solutions (MHS) – Maintain and Repair SFA in England and Wales.
SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) – Offer advice on the financial, practical and emotional issues which concern Serving and ex- Service personnel and their dependants.
SPACES (Single Persons Accommodation Centre for the ex-Services) - This centre is designed to help single ex-regulars find appropriate accommodation when they leave the Services.
The Annington Trust - The Annington Trust was established in 1996 when Annington purchased the Married Quarters Estate. Keen to demonstrate their commitment to families living in Service accommodation a capital sum of £500,000 was contributed by those involved in the purchase and the Trust was set up to support activities and projects ‘on the patch’. The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust - Provides wide ranging financial assistance to Serving and ex-Serving Royal Naval and Royal Marines personnel and their dependants.
The Royal Navy Community Website - Provides a wealth of information and links covering a vast range of issues. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, the Community pages on the Royal Navy website may be able to point you in the right direction.
The Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) - RNRMC is the Navy’s new charity for the 21st century. The website is currently under construction and will be ready soon.
